1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the 0-Lookback API, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the service.
2. API access and permitted use
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 0-Lookback API for integrating behavioral classification into your voice agent pipeline.
3. Prohibited use
You may not use the API for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not process data without a lawful basis or attempt to resell API access to third parties.
4. Intellectual property
0-Lookback retains all intellectual property rights in the Behavioral ISA, the API, and any associated software or algorithms. Your use of the API does not grant you any ownership rights.
5. Developer GDPR obligations
Important Notice on Data Protection:
You are the data controller for any personal data processed using the 0-Lookback API. You confirm you have a lawful basis for processing. You will enter into a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with 0-Lookback before processing personal data via the API.
6. Liability limitations
0-Lookback is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall 0-Lookback be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the API immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
